Where are our services available?

We are based in Kent, England, and can provide our services across the South East.
Delivery and collection is usually free for areas local to ME19, otherwise a small mileage charge may apply. Please ask us for more information.

Do you take a deposit?

For most bookings we request a small deposit to hold the date for you. The deposit is only refundable in the very unlikely event that we need to cancel the booking (e.g. weather conditions).

No deposit is required for balloon orders (except garlands) or bookings under £50.

Do you need payment in advance?

For most bookings we ask for a small deposit, with the remaining balance paid on the day prior to your event.

What if the weather is bad?

The majority of our outdoor bookings can proceed in most weather conditions. If we decide that the weather prevents your booking going ahead (e.g. strong winds) we will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date or refund.

Are the balloon displays mine to keep?

Of course! The only thing we need to come back and collect are any artificial flowers, leaves, or any other props that we have provided.
